By-Law No. 2011-43, Being a By-Law to prohibit smoking within nine meters surrounding municipal buildings and to establish designated smoking areas around municipal buildings.

Smoking prohibited within 9 m of municipal buildings, i.e. “Buildings open to the public and owned by the Municipality.” Designated smoking areas identified by signage. The bylaw mentions only entrances, not operable windows or air intakes. Eighteen (18) municipal buildings are named in the bylaw.
