By-law Number 093-2003, Being a By-law to Regulate Smoking in Public Places
On 28 April 2015, Section 2.1 of By-law Number 093-2003 was amended to include the following smoke-free places: (u) Parks, (v) Athletic Fields and (w) Brock Trail.

This is a leading edge bylaw because it prohibits smoking on trails. Given that the Smoke-Free Ontario Act now prohibits smoking on sports and recreational fields, this element of Brockville’s bylaw is moot.
