By-Law Number 2009-24, A bylaw to prohibit smoking in Sunnyhill Park

Newmarket has designated Sunnyhill Park next to Southlake Regional Health Centre to be smoke-free in support of the hospital’s smoke-free policy. The bylaw states that, “No person shall smoke or hold lighted tobacco in Sunnyhill Park.”
