Bylaw No. 989-2013, Being a bylaw to regulate smoking on Tim Horton’s Event Centre property within the Town of Cochrane
Smoking is broadly defined to include other weeds and substances. The bylaw also defines tobacco products to include herbal cigarettes. The bylaw prohibits smoking on most of the property of the Tim Horton Event Centre, however, two smoking areas are designated.

“Tobacco Product” means tobacco in any processed or unprocessed form that may be smoked, inhaled or chewed, including snuff, and includes any other type of tobacco product substitute such as herbal cigarettes “Smoke” or “Smoking” includes the carrying of a lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe or other lighted smoking equipment or product.
