New Westminster Sidewalk Cafe Encroachment Bylaw, No. 6370, 1997, as amended by Bylaw No. 7375, also known as A Bylaw to Permit Encroachment on City Sidewalks for the Purpose of Operating a Sidewalk Cafe

Smoking is prohibited in a sidewalk cafe provided for a lounge or public house. The bylaw does not address patios that do not encroach on sidewalks.
