Smoking Bylaw No. 4276

In addition to enclosed public places and workplaces, smoking is prohibited in public transit shelters. Also note that the definition of smoking includes other weeds or substances.

“Smoke” or Smoking” includes the inhaling, exhaling, burning or carrying of a lighted cigarette, cigar, pipe or other lighted smoking equipment burning tobacco or any other organic substance;
